Went to MCI, Beddington in Calgary, as first time and walk-in without appointment.
Waited around 10 mins in waiting room and was called in.
Waited in examination room around 3 mins while the nurse was logging in the preliminary information in the computer system and waiting for the Dr.
Within a short moment, Dr. Hardy came in. He asked all the relevant questions and listened to all what I wanted to say. He answered my questions and provided me with the medical exams I needed to do in order to provide the appropriate treatment.
From the very first moment, I was very pleased with the receptionist and then with the nurse and mostly with Dr. Hardy as he was very professional, pleasant, attentive and caring.
Sure, will refer family and friends.
